ALVIN

one day Alvin looked in the mirror and didn’t like what he saw. This sudden realization made him question his fitness and health, prompting him to reevaluate his lifestyle and habits. He was pushing 265 lbs, was inactive, and his diet consisted of whatever he could get his hands on. He attempted to change his lifestyle by following online and magazine workouts, but nothing helped. Seeking professional guidance, he turned to us for workout and nutrition planning, as well as accountability. His goals were to lose weight, build muscle, and finally have the strength and stamina to compete in a Spartan race.
